Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered: The Plan Inc offers a range of digital marketing services including, but not limited to, website design and development, social media management, search engine optimization, email marketing, content creation, and paid advertising.

2. Service Agreement: By hiring The Plan Inc, the client agrees to a service agreement outlining the scope of the work, timeline, and payment terms. The service agreement is binding and enforceable.

3. Payment Terms: The Plan Inc requires an upfront deposit of 50% before starting work for one-time services and the full monthly amount for monthly services. The balance is due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the service agreement. All payments are to be made in Canadian dollars or US dollars and are non-refundable (exceptions may apply).

4. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, associated with the services provided by The Plan Inc shall remain the exclusive property of The Plan Inc. The client shall not use, duplicate, or distribute the materials or designs provided by The Plan Inc without obtaining written consent.

5. Confidentiality: The Plan Inc agrees to keep all confidential information provided by the client confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without obtaining written consent from the client.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Plan Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided to the client. The Plan Inc shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, data, or reputation, or any costs associated with recovering lost data.

7. Termination: The client may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to The Plan Inc. If the client terminates the agreement before the completion of the project, the client is still obligated to pay for the services provided up to that point.

8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

9. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between The Plan Inc and the client, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
